ECE Distribuidores de México (also known commercially as ECE Distributors), operating legally under the sole proprietor Esthela Castañeda Esquer with Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) CAEE7511174W6, is a company dedicated to the import, distribution, and sale of products, accessories, and supplies for institutional, hospitality, restaurant, industrial, and commercial cleaning, with its address in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. This Privacy Notice is provided in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

1. Personal Data We Collect

We may request name, company, position, phone number, email address, tax address, RFC, billing information, business information, purchase history, business references, and any information necessary to serve distributors, business customers, suppliers, and prospects.

2. Purpose of Processing

Data will be used for quotes, sales, distributor support, order processing, invoicing, logistics, delivery of goods, warranties, after-sales service, marketing campaigns, and customer support via WhatsApp, email, and social media, as well as compliance with legal obligations.

Information provided by customers, distributors, and suppliers will be used solely for the business relationship and will not be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
